So I have noted a few tips to help you with making those tough decisions.
Keep a note of this while youre making your choices, the last thing you need is to go over that amount!
Couples who are married, engaged, live together or won’t know anyone else at the wedding.
If your guest list allows more, then couples who are in a serious relationship – but only if you have both met their other half!
Adults only, this is super common now with weddings so don’t be afraid to say so. It’s your day and your decision.
You need to decide when you’re going to cut off the extended family invitations and stick to it. Start with your closest relatives and work your way out until you are happy with who you have invited.
There is always the evening reception they can be invited to!
If you AND your partner have recently been invited to a wedding then its always polite to invite them to yours.
Splitting the numbers between yourself and your partner can also be handy, that way you are stricter on who to invite as you have a set limit.
I hope this helps with sorting out your guest list, just wait until you have to do the seating plan!
